Litigation Attorney
Litigation Attorney at an established downtown Des Moines firm. The Litigation Attorney will assist with managing a diverse portfolio of cases. Responsibilities include meeting with clients to ascertain their needs, choosing the most appropriate course of action, and representing clients’ interests both inside and outside the courtroom. During the process, you will be required to collaborate with Partners and/or other supervising attorneys. To be successful as an Litigation Attorney, you should demonstrate outstanding research and writing skills. Ultimately, a top-notch Associate Attorney will exhibit at least some familiarity with all subspecialties of their field and will utilize this knowledge to successfully conclude cases, as needed.
