What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in mediations, settlement conferences, and trials, frequently taking the lead in court.
• Collaborate directly with our Senior Partners on high-profile, complex matters.
• Mentor and develop junior attorneys, paralegals, and staff as part of our collegial and supportive team culture.
• Assist with the firm’s growth by actively participating in business development and networking opportunities.

Who You Are

We are looking for a self-starting, ambitious, and resourceful attorney who:

• Has a minimum of 5-7 years of specifically family law litigation experience and is admitted to practice in South Carolina.
• Excels in developing and executing litigation strategies independently and efficiently.
• Demonstrates exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills, with a strong ability to simplify complex legal concepts for clients.
• Possesses the emotional intelligence to work effectively with high-net-worth clients under pressure.
• Embraces the challenges and rewards of taking ownership of cases and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
