Pipeline Regulatory Associate
Van Ness Feldman LLP, a nationally recognized law firm focused on energy, environmental, and natural resources matters, seeks to hire a mid to senior-level associate (3-8 years of experience) for its Pipeline and LNG practice group. The firm counsels numerous clients who operate natural gas and hazardous liquid pipelines, LNG facilities, and other assets across the country and practices before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), Department of Energy (DOE), and federal and state courts. The ideal candidate has an aptitude for regulatory work, including rate making and certificates, and is looking for a professional growth opportunity.
