We are seeking an attorney with 2+ years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities matters to join our thriving transactional practice. This role offers meaningful client interaction, hands-on deal experience, and the opportunity to work across a broad range of industries. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including purchase agreements, operating agreements, and investment documents; due diligence and support for sellers and buyers in all phases of M&A transactions; advising clients on general corporate governance matters; and private securities offerings including compliance with federal and state securities laws.  The successful candidate will be able to assume advanced responsibility and work directly with clients, boards, and opposing counsel in a fast-paced environment.
